Ron Engeland - Manager Ron has been with Hamilton Farm since 1977. He does irrigation design and purchasing. Getting to go out and meet a lot of people and help them to understand irrigation and to do it economically is part of the job he enjoys.

After owning an orchard for 20 years, Ron enjoys cross-country hiking and relaxing at home. He also spent 3 years helping build the Central Valley Sports Plex and serves on the board. He has one daughter, Bri.

Mike Maloney - Salesperson Some of Michael’s job includes organizing product, keeping track of inventory, and sales. He enjoys meeting a lot of different people and helping them with their irrigation problems and providing products they need. He has been working for us since 1993.

Michael enjoys relaxing after work as well as yard work and gardening. He also likes kite flying. He is married to Ellie, has 3 grown boys and 10 grandchildren.

Dallas Covey - Salesperson Dallas grew up in Omak and worked at Okanogan Lumber, in Okanogan, for 13 years. After they closed, Dallas came to work at HFEC in November of 2007. Dallas is our stove "expert" and brings his experience in hardware, stoves, plumbing, etc to our customers as we have expanded our "hardware" offerings.

Dallas likes to hunt, fish, and ride his Harley. He has 2 daughters, Amanda and Charlotte.

Aaron Randall - Salesperson Aaron was born and raised in Okanogan. Prior to HFEC, he worked at Napa Auto Parts in Okanogan. Now he is doing Irrigation Department sales and deliveries. He enjoys helping the many daily customers that he already knew and meeting new ones as well.

Aaron enjoys riding snowmobiles and ATVs, hunting, camping, bowling, and doing carpentry work at home. He is married to Anna and they have a son, Jacob.
