Renting equipment SAVES you money, and our Rental Department, which we call "The Rental Place" can help you do more things for yourself.

You don't have to buy expensive tools and equipment that you might only use once a year or every several years. We also rent construction equipment and tools to help out contractors and industrial customers.

Rental Policies

Rental DayA Rental Day is 24 hours for equipment without hour meters. For equipment with hour meters, there is an additional hourly charge for any tachometer hours used over eight (8).

PaymentAll rentals are paid in advance: Cash, Check, Credit Card (VISA, M/C), In-House charge account.

Fuel Recovery Charge A Fuel Recovery charge of $4.99 per gallon will be charged if unit is not returned with fuel tank full.

Lost or Broken Items Customer will be responsible for replacing lost or broken items.

Cleaning of EquipmentA cleaning charge will be made on items returned unclean, at $75/Hr, minimum of $37.50.

Pick Up and DeliveryWe will Pick Up or Deliver for $75/Hr.

Problems If you experience a problem, call immediately. If you experience a problem and do not inform us you will be charged the full rental fee.

Trailers

When we decided that we wanted to have a line of trailers for our customers, we spent close to a year evaluating trailer manufacturers to make sure that we would have a line of quality trailers to sell. The company we chose is Iron Eagle Trailers out of Fairview Oregon.

Personnel

Justin Workman - Manager Justin worked at a local auto parts store before coming to work for Hamilton Farm in August of 2004. In February of 2007, he switched over to managing the Rental department when that position became available. His role as manager includes, customer relations, rental scheduling, maintenance of the equipment, and selling and purchasing the rental equipment.

Justin is a lifelong resident of the Okanogan Valley and is a firefighter / EMT for the OK Fire Department and enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his wife, Lea, and two children, Carter and Emma.

Darren Pfitzer - Rental Salesperson Darren joined the HFEC team in the summer of 2007. His duties and responsibilities are: maintaining the rental fleet, cleaning, delivering, and working on the rental counter. Previously, Darren had worked at a local parts store for 3 years.

When Darren is not working at The Rental Place, he enjoys spending his time guiding, hunting, fishing and with his wife, Katie. Darren was born and raised in Omak.
